CasinoPilot
Global Casino Management
One platform · the whole casino
CasinoPilot runs every department from the same place: one database, one login, one history. Each area is a module you switch on when you need it. The first one, the poker room, is already running in production.
Available today: PokerPilot. In development: CashierPilot, F&B Pilot, StaffPilot, HotelPilot.
The idea
Today each department keeps its own spreadsheet and its own version of the truth. CasinoPilot puts them all on the same database: what the dealer records, what the cage takes and what the player spends at the bar are the same customer, the same night, the same account.
The Pilot family
They all share the platform, the data and the way of working. Start with whichever hurts most and add the rest when the time comes.
The whole poker room: live tables, dealer tablets, waiting lists, the cash desk, the player database, the player portal, incentives and reports.
Cage and cash desk: buy-ins, cash-outs, chips, shift counts and automatic reconciliation against what the floor recorded. Fewer leaks, fewer arguments.
Bar and restaurant tied to the player card: spend, comps and limits, all charged to the same account the owner sees.
Shifts, hours, roles and payroll — with the tips and incentive plan already built in from PokerPilot.
Rooms, bookings and VIP stays, connected to their play so comps are decided on data, not by eye.
The platform is built to grow. Every new area is one more module on the same data, not a separate system to be wired in.
For owners and operators
A casino leaks at the seams: what is not measured walks away. CasinoPilot measures everything and writes it down.
Rake, drop, tips, occupancy and the day's cash, on your phone, without waiting for close or trusting a handwritten sheet.
Every hand, every chip, every tip and every correction is recorded and reconciled against the physical box. The difference shows up on its own.
Who opened the table, who corrected the cash, who approved the payment: every action carries a name and a time. Compliance without paperwork.
Your own database, VIP tiers, rakeback and a portal where the player sees himself. The casino stops depending on what the host remembers.
Available today · PokerPilot
The module already running in a real room. Everything that happens at the table is entered once and appears everywhere: on the screen, at the cash desk, in the report and on the player's phone.
How it looks
Real screenshots from a room in operation, not mock-ups.

For floor managers
A shift with PokerPilot from start to finish, with no handwritten sheets and no reconciling at three in the morning.
The supervisor signs the opening checklist and the system opens the day. Nobody starts playing without a record of who opened and when.
Dealers record hands, tips and moves at the table. You see the tables, the lists and the calls from the Control Room, and you ring the player when a seat opens.
You open the tip box, count the chips and the system reconciles against what was recorded. The difference is written down. The day closes with numbers that match the cash.
Where it is going
You start with the poker room and the rest of the casino joins on the same data, without changing system.
The complete poker room, running in a real venue.
Cage and cash desk with automatic reconciliation against the floor.
Staff, shifts and payroll; bar and restaurant tied to the player card.
Rooms and VIP stays connected to play, plus whatever the operation asks for.
Start where it hurts most
We show you PokerPilot running on real data and talk about how the rest of the casino would fit. You speak directly to the person who built it and uses it every night.
